Delivery Information

Delivery will be to UK only. All products will be shipped via Royal Mail.

We aim to ship our products as soon as we can and all orders are dealt with promptly. Orders will be dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

Please email us with any questions you may have regarding shipping and let us have a contact number so we can call to discuss your personal requirements.

Please be advised, we can only ship orders once payment has been received and processed.

Delivery charges for all orders are based upon the weight of your order with an allowance for packaging materials.

UK Standard delivery sent with Royal Mail on a first class service and a certificate of posting.

Refund Policy

We obviously hope that you will be happy with your order from us. However, problems can arise from time to time. Specifically lost or damaged items for example. If an item does not arrive with you, or it arrives damaged, please email us or call us to discuss options and refunds.

if for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you have 14 days to return it to us unused and in it’s original packaging. Once we have received the item we will either refund you or exchange it for you (stock permitting). Return postage to be paid for by customer and not refundable by Becky’s Beads. Please note we regret that due to health and safety reasons we are unable to accept returns on earrings and earring findings. Any made to orders items or bespoke items cannot be refunded after work has started.

How to return an Item: Please contact us by email to let us know you would like to return an item and the reasons for the return. Please wait for confirmation before returning the item to us.

Please post the agreed items back to us in the original packaging or a suitably padded envelope or Jiffy Bag to prevent damage. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in the post. We strongly advise that a certificate of posting is obtained for your benefit in case of loss or damage so that you can claim from the Post Office should this be necessary. The product must be returned to us in perfect unused condition. See below reference adequate packaging.

We understand that on occasion customers may need to cancel an order. We process our orders quickly, so if a cancellation needs to be made please advise us soonest so hopefully we can catch your order in time to cancel and to refund you accordingly. However, if an order has already been shipped we would ask that you follow the above returns policy accordingly.

Please be advised that if you are returning items to us, make sure your packaging is more than adequate for the return journey. If items are damaged as a result of inadequate packaging they cannot be considered for a refund.
